Jam Lady Jams are handmade by Lisa O’Connor at Healesville who uses organic produce where possible and prides herself on her marmalades – the zingy lime or rich Seville orange numbers are bound to be a hit on the breakfast toast or in a steamed pudding!
Also in the innovative range of preserves look out for the spiced Syrian figs, quince and rosewater, organic blueberry or pear, vanilla and ginger combos while the oven roasted tomato relish is a guaranteed winner with cold meats or on sandwiches.
